The DucklingNFT NFT Hub is a platform for discovering selected projects and presenting information supplied by or on behalf of their respective project teams.

The NFT Hub is intended as a promotional and informational service. A project may be featured, reviewed, listed, or presented through the NFT Hub at DucklingNFT's discretion.

Project teams may submit their projects for consideration through the designated application process.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, featuring, continued availability, or any particular placement within the NFT Hub.

Project teams are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to DucklingNFT is accurate, current, and presented in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Being featured on DucklingNFT does not establish or imply an endorsement, partnership, investment relationship, sponsorship, or other formal affiliation unless expressly stated by DucklingNFT.

DucklingNFT may review, modify, update, suspend, remove, or decline a featured project or its associated information where appropriate.

Featured project information, external links, communities, websites, contracts, tokens, products, and services may be operated or controlled by third parties.

DucklingNFT does not control external platforms and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, performance, or continued operation.

Users should independently review and verify information before interacting with any featured project or external platform.

Information presented through the NFT Hub is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.

Nothing on the NFT Hub should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

Users are responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions before interacting with any project, asset, platform, community, or service.

Project names, logos, trademarks, artwork, descriptions, and other third-party materials displayed through the NFT Hub remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Project teams submitting materials are responsible for having the necessary rights or permissions to provide those materials for use in connection with the NFT Hub.

DucklingNFT may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the NFT Hub, including featured project pages, applications, content, or related functionality, where reasonably necessary.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the NFT Hub after an updated version is published constitutes continued use under the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

DucklingNFT is not responsible for transactions, smart contracts, communities, services, products, tokens, or outcomes occurring outside the DucklingNFT website and outside systems directly controlled by DucklingNFT.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
